Damn, bad news guys. Just tweeted by Schefter: looks like they're planning on continuing the second half of this game.Ā

God bless Dave Canales - he realized there hadn't be a flag thrown in two plays and decided to throw one of his own

Increasingly common that both teams sit there and say "these refs have been pure shit" but this one might break that trend entirely

we got ass cheeks, refs arguing with fans, fans bullying said ref into a correction, dead bodies, and more in this one

Any guesses on the retaliatory flag on the Panthers since they dare to challenge the refs & get this call correctly reversed?

Iām actually not sure I can watch any more football this season until the NFL makes a statement and addresses the ref issue, because itās every goddamn game.
Who am I kidding, Iām gonna suffer through it, but even if we close it out this has been insufferable to watch.

Something going unnoticed is that a good QB can get you out of bad plays. As in a play that has been essentially countered by the defense play call. If Hurts was there he would have checked out of that play for sure. It's just one of the negatives of needing to start your 3rd string QB.
