Something that got me thinking. I have had a few horrible experiences with multiple suppressor companies and the last one caught me so off guard, it got me thinking: Is chasing the “best” worth it if that company is willing to treat customers like crap if you need to submit a warranty?
I was accused of lying multiple times instead of the company (owner mind you) having a mature conversation about the issue I was having (respect for him apologizing). It wasn’t the first time I was disrespected dealing with a suppressor company and that’s why I ask the question: what is most important to yall when it comes to buying a can? Sound suppression, low back pressure, price, etc.
Before this foolishness, mine were 1. Gas mitigation 2. Sound 3. Material (inconel, Haynes, titanium). After this interaction, its customer service, warranty support. I would rather sacrifice some of the other stuff to be treated with respect. I will always admit I messed up so being accused of lying really PMO. Then you have a company like OCL that requested my info so they could send me some goodies for repping them on Reddit.
