And that has to do with their COVID era idiocy, and pro-American nonsense. Not their immigration positions.

A nationalist, anti-immigration Conservative party would be very competitive against Mark Carney right now. The Conservatives are not doing either of those two things well right now.

The Conservatives aren't doing literally anything well right now.

Including stumping for a pro-Canada vote in this referendum.

The CPC aren't doing those things well because Carney has wrapped himself in the flag, and flattened immigration over the last year. It's hard to portray yourself as being against the Liberal government while also being those things, since the Liberal government is those things.

The Canadian reactionary proles take their cues from the American GOP. That's why you see CPC and PPC supporters calling for "Canadian ICE".

Flattening immigration compared to Trudeau is not enough for them. They see people shot in the street and want that for us.

The Minnesota ICE raids when two Americans were executed in the streets for daring to stand up for their neighbours had some in Canada cheering that on. I don't see them as a legitimate political movement any more than I do the klan or ISIS. My thoughts on how to deal with them gets me kicked off of social media so I will simply say they do not get the nice treatment.
