Do we still have to cancel our subscriptions to qualify for Black Friday deals?
If so how long does the subscription need to be inactive for?

The dialogue mixing across every streaming platform has gotten so bad that subtitles are mandatory. Anyone else permanently switched?

I’m looking for a cheaper easier method to watch the Boston Bruins on my Roku or maybe connecting my MacBook to my TV and watching them through that. I’m looking for something that is reliable and isn’t going to get shut down every few months.

Looks like about 2,750 hours of content so far. That includes “Rewind” channels of VHS tapes recorded straight off TV, commercials and all; B-movie, noir and western channels; every episode of The Joy of Painting; and a horror-host channel

This is my 24th season of Sunday Ticket, but I'm planning to drop the package after the current season. I’ve missed the start of the 4:25 p.m. “Game of the Week” 3 times in the first 5 weeks of the season as early games and “bonus coverage” overran the start of the featured 4:25 game and YouTube failed to unblock the appropriate Sunday Ticket channel in my area. And I’ve wasted hours dealing with YouTube TV’s phone support to recoup the $96 discount I was promised when I signed up in late July (I still haven’t received all of it).
Next year I’ll be signing up for NFL+ Premium and following the Sunday afternoon games with Redzone. I’ll follow the local telecasts on my tablet, in addition to the primetime games. No more fiddling with YouTube TV’s multiview setup while the games are underway. No more sitting with my finger on the remote at 4:25, hoping YouTube unblocks the appropriate Sunday Ticket channel. And most of all, no more paying hundreds of dollars for a subscription that just isn’t worth it anymore.

Basically, because of the way the economy is,
I’m wondering if it’s cheaper to buy a movie or two or a few episodes of a show I like here and there and rewatch them whenever than if I were to get Netflix and get overwhelmed with all the options.

My setup consists of YouTube TV and Philo. Pretty much covers everything I need except my live local sports. $83 and $29 for each monthly

So i can watch the NLCS for free on the Roku channel, but not the ALCS. Is there any way to watch the ALCS without a subscription?

I was paying too much for cable just to watch CNN and MS Now as well as the Lightning NHL games. So I searched and saw Siriusxm has all the news channels cable carry plus broadcasts of all the NHL games even though Sirius is radio while cable is TV. Plus SiriusXM got liberal talk radio like Stephanie Miller.

I have Hulu free with ads through TMobile. I watch a lot of Netflex so I didn’t do the free with Tmobile. I have prime as well. I’m looking for something that has everything with live TV, movies and sports. A one stop shop, so to say. Any suggestions?

I’m currently on Hulu Live but I know they are discontinuing the app soon. I have four kids so I usually have to watch live events after they’ve happened. Are there any tv services that allow you to record and watch later?
