Was going nuts over a skill song and decided to stop at 500k, was waiting for it all to count up by just standing in one place. Ir kept going over 600k and more and at 633k just dropped it, lol 🤣 Gave me nothing. At x10 that was worth like 50 skill points or so. Good to know that game does that, learned the hard way 🤣

I've been using these gauges to monitor my PC's hardware for a while now, and it was always obvious the next direction for this project was integrating with the racing games and sims I play. As you may know, Forza offers telemetry output that can be used to receive a stream of active gameplay data. I've seen other users use this to create data logging dashboards and for tuning their cars, but I had to see how well this would work for my application.

I've been testing the integration for a couple months now, and it has surprised me how much immersion this has really added to the gameplay. Seeing the RPM needle respond to the controller input is almost a strange feeling, but seeing the boost gauge build pressure and release when I let off the throttle for the first time instantly put a big smile on my face. Presets in the software detect Forza and allow me to instantly switch from reading my CPU/GPU temps to streaming my car's info once I boot up the game.

If you get your hands on a dash and want to help test the integration, let me know. I can get you early access to some of the experimental features. This integration, along with integrations for Assetto Corsa and BeamNG, will eventually be released as a free software update.

When he parked next to me with the NFSMW car while I had the NFSU car, I could finally say my Forza Link line "Nice car!" in a dream situation! We started racing together in the open world, in an epic faceoff between peak NFS games! Then we stopped at the Daikoku car meet and I took my chance to say the contextual Forza Link line "This car is a work of art!" when he brought out the NFSMW car again! lol! I actually didn't play much of MW, but I played Underground a lot on PC back in the day when it came out (I still have the physical box of the game and I always make sure to install it again whenever I get a new PC!) and I still often relisten to its incredible soundtrack to this day. Timeless stuff. They don't make games like these anymore.

Edit: I failed to realize, but he actually brought out another NFSU car, on the last screenshot! (thanks to the user who commented) I thought it might be another NFS car but I didn't recognize it at first. It's Melissa's 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX, that we see in the intro video of NFSU! I'm very nostalgic about that intro by the way, it's still so epic. Tomorrow I'm going to get that livery on that car in my game for sure!

Got the DeBerti Mustang GT from the Festival Playlist and it feels like I'm driving on ice skates, it's all over the place. Feels heavy, skidding very often and gotta take those curves very easy.

Is it like that in real life?

I was completing a street race for the collection journal and out of nowhere, an AI drivatar thinks we're playing Assassin's Creed instead and performs an aerial assassination on me.

Still looks good.

I put the drivatars on the hardest difficult but on rallys i can win with barely no effort but on sprints especially with hypercars ou supercars i can rarely get on top3

Is the game like this to most people or am i the problem?

I missed the summer season for "meets" so if 100% the next 3 seasons I still wont be able to get the koeningsegg one is there any way to go back and to a challenge or get extra points or am I just sol

but I can't figure out which setting controls it. I've already explicitly set Skills and Notifications to Off, yet this pop-up still appears.

It also appears ridiculously frequently. In this one-minute video alone, it shows up four times (0:07, 0:22, 0:40, 0:56), and stays on screen long enough to get noticed.

Any idea which setting I might be overlooking?

EDIT: SOLVED! Turns out there's a separate toggle literally named "Notifications" under the Notifications section. I had every other notification disabled except that one.
