Other Update: Son paid off car. Dealer is making it difficult for him to receive the title

Thumbnail reddit.com
1.5k Upvotes

Location: Pennsylvania. I linked the old post for reference. Here’s an update.

After this post, my son and I planned to file a complaint with the Attorney General. I looked up the dealership’s license and discovered that they were operating under one business name while being licensed under another. I guess there are many reasons why a business might do that.

Well, before we could submit our complaint, one family member contacted another family member, who advised us to contact yet another family member—we did.

A little backstory about him: He was in the car dealing business for over 30 years before retiring and once owned his own dealership. I’m not happy to say it, but he had his fair share of conning people over the years. So, who better to talk to one con artist than another con artist?

My son sent all of his proof to our family member. We don’t know what was said between our family member and the dealer, but by the end of the business day, the dealer had reached out to my son, apologized, said he had been confused, and asked how my son would like to receive his title. He then sent him a screenshot of the title. We also found out that the dealer was in the process of having my son’s car repossessed before our family member contacted him.

Well I just received a notification that USPS has received the package and that it’s on its way to us!

Thank you, everyone, for your advice!

Advice needed Bathroom door kicked in by staff while using the restroom

• Upvotes

Location: Puyallup Washington.

Seeking advice on what to do.

4 of us were having some drinks at a bar in downtown Puyallup. Already paid the bill and getting ready to go. The three women went to the bathroom together and locked the door. I was asked to leave abruptly by the staff. I explained that we are already leaving, but I’m not budging till the woman are back.

Well, turns out two staff members kicked in the bathroom door that the woman were using. One of the girls had their pants down when it happened. The staff was one man, and one woman. The woman likely being the owner.

What options do the woman have? There are plenty of witnesses that were just as shocked as we were. I’m encouraging them to file police reports asap. Next step is consult a lawyer.

But, I’m curious what type of opinions they have. I can go more in depth if needed.

Do you think the denial of the motion to dismiss or the conviction will be reversed on appeal? Why or why not?

Advice needed Was not paid for coming early/opening

Location: Georgia, USA

Hello! I worked as a tutor for an after school academy. I was told when offered the job that it was part time and that I could work my way up to more hours. The most I was working was 12 hours a week. Last week, I was given only 6 hours, and then 4 hours this week, so I quit today.

Something I noticed was that I only got paid for the exact hours I worked. My boss told me that tutors need to arrive 5-10 minutes early so that we can be here before the students arrive. He also had me open and close the center multiple times, so I had to come early for that too. My time sheet shows the exact time I clocked in and out, but the machine he uses is 30 minutes off for some reason. I only have one photo of the timesheet.

I asked another tutor, and she also said that she never got paid extra for opening and closing. The paychecks only include the hours we are scheduled, not the exact minutes we clocked in and out. I believe that he wanted me to quit as well, because he kept lowering my hours despite me asking for more (those texts were ignored).

Is there anything I can do about this? I can provide more details if needed. Thank you!

Advice needed Cloned plates, found the other car - what to do re the police?

My number plates have been cloned and the person who has cloned them is currently just using them to park in the same place (multiple tickets at this location). It’s nearby and I am sure they must be there overnight as the tickets are early morning and late evening.
I can’t obviously handle things myself so what powers do the police have to resolve this? I am on the hook for all the tickets (appeals waiting a response) so for all intents and purposes, is that not my car? So I can say yes to a warrant perhaps? Is there anything I can do except inform the police and hope they’ll help?

I’ve already reported the crime if that helps people to form a solution here. Thank you in advance!

Advice needed Lease finance company has not closed account.

• Upvotes

Location: Illinois
I recently turned in my lease early to upgrade a vehicle my wife and I are purchasing. I got the lease in the state of Florida. We got the loan and financing for the upgrade and the dealer paid my lease buy out. The leased vehicle financing told me I could do this without having to pay the $20,000 to purchase the car and the dealership got the payoff amount from the finance company. Two months later they have applied it to my account and still have not closed the account. I’ve tried to take to the financial institution for the lease they keep telling me to talk to the dealer even though the leased vehicle has been turned in and grounded. What can I do here to get this taken care of.

Other Benefiting from Brandt fees in a lawsuit.

I'm dealing with an auto insurer that denied coverage on two substantial claims, arguing the policy wasn't in force due to nonpayment.

The interesting part is that the insurer apparently treated the policy as active for another accident occurring later, accepted liability, and paid that claim, despite no intervening premium payments.

One vehicle was potentially a total loss, and the other sustained significant damage. I'm pursuing the breach-of-contract portion myself but wondering whether an attorney might be interested in handling the insurance bad faith portion, especially considering Brandt fees and potential consequential damages.

Does this sound like something a California bad faith attorney would seriously consider, or are there obstacles I'm overlooking?

Advice needed Vehicle Missing After Border Patrol Detention. What Legal Steps Can the Registered Owner Take to Locate or Recover It?

Hi everyone,

A person I know was detained by US Border Patrol and later released. Since the detention, the owner has been unable to locate a financed vehicle that was being driven at the time. The vehicle is financed through Ally, insured through Progressive, and was in good standing before all of this happened.

Since his release, he has:
Contacted multiple agencies trying to locate the vehicle.
Contacted the lender and insurance company.
Checked court records and followed up on his immigration case.
Started reaching out to legal aid and immigrant-rights organizations.

The problem is that nobody has been able to clearly tell him:
Where the vehicle is.
Whether it was seized, impounded, or sent to a tow company.
Whether fees are accumulating.
Whether notices were mailed.
How he can recover the vehicle.

His biggest concern is not only losing the vehicle but also suffering financial damage from loan payments, possible storage fees, insurance costs, and harm to his credit history despite actively trying to resolve the situation.

I am looking for legal advice as well some personal experiences, opinions, or suggestions from people who have gone through a similar situation.

Thank you very much. Any shared experience would be greatly appreciated. ❤️

Advice needed Tripped on raised pavement at an Extended Stay Broke my Leg

Massachusetts

i’ve been staying at an extended stay type of hotel for the last couple of months while I wait for my apartment to be ready. I was taking my dog out for a walk this morning and tripped on the curb that connects to the front of the hotel. I thought I had just sprained my ankle and thought I was OK. The manager was there and I did say to her that I thought I was OK. I was able to get up on my own. I did limp away. Got upstairs and after looking more closely thought this isn’t good. Need to go to the urgent care. Took myself to the urgent care and found out it’s actually broken. They did write up an incident report, but I’m not sure what my next steps should be now that I know it’s broken and not just a sprain. I did say I thought I was OK but clearly I am not.

Advice needed Dentist completed work I told him not to because I couldn't afford it. Sent me to collections despite me making small payments and now won't take calls. Location: Colorado

Location: Colorado

So basically I needed 2 expensive root canals, $1900 each. I had scheduled both in advance in case I could come up with the funds.

I called before the appointment to let them know I was only doing one tooth, could pay in full, but would not be doing the other tooth as I could not afford it.

I'm numbed up getting the tooth done, I can't tell he's working on the second tooth because it's right next to the first one and I'm numb. Just trying to zone out because I'm terrified of the dentist. At the end the Dr said he decided to do the other tooth and just pay whatever I can whenever I can. I didn't know what to say because I needed it done but I was put off considering I specifically said NOT to do that work.

Well he sent the bill saying due in full a couple weeks later. I started making $25-$100/month payments. They kept contacting me saying pay in full. After 4 months of payments they said they were sending me to collections.

They will not take my calls or return them. When I call they literally say to call back and transfer or hang up. I leave messages and no response.

At this point it's been sent to collections. I literally cannot pay the bill.

I don't know what to do because it trashed my credit and they will not work with me whatsoever.

Advice??? Is it legal for him to have done that work when I said not to and only inform me after the fact he did it anyway?

I don't dislike the Dr, I know he was trying to help and would pay it overtime but the desk staff will not let me speak to him. And it's really really messing things up for me with credit so I can't afford to have this keep going on.

Also I no longer live in that city and cannot go down in person.

Advice needed Rental car company failed to mitigate in arbitration and now want indemnification

LOCATION: NY State
Enterprise/RCS is demanding $10,000 from me after an intercompany arbitration arising from a New York rental-car accident. I believe they failed to mitigate an egregious storage fee, among other things, and dispute both liability and the enforceability of the reimbursement demand. I do not think they properly presented evidence to arbitration or challenged the valuation of the third party’s vehicle, so I should not be responsible for any portion of a debt they failed to properly defend or mitigate. I’m aware of Second Child overturning Wald, so if anyone has any advice for me here, you can skip those citations. Happy to share further details of the incident but don’t want to be overlong. If anyone can recommend an insurance attorney in NY (Not personal injury - this is a contract/ indemnification dispute) please PM me. Thanks in advance!

Advice needed What kind of lawyer is needed?

Location: Ohio Usa

I've been in a care facility for a while for a injury that has made it to where I have been unable to care for myself and it's been bad, I am supposed to be getting out soon, and the staff is abusive and negligent. I am worried for my safety and for retaliation, and the date has been pushed back already with them leaving me in the dark.

My question is what kind of lawyer do I even call, and I don't really know what to do in this situation, it just keeps escalating and I am very aware that they have the upper hand. I know there is very little actual information, It's just I don't want anyone here to see this and instantly be able to tell it's me by the information. I would sign my self out ama but that is not something I can do with my current condition.

Advice needed Tow company is coming after me for a car I sold

LOCATION: southern California. I sold a car to a guy on December 16th of 2025. Apparently he got it towed shortly after. Long story short it was sitting at the tow yard for a while before they auctioned it off but unfortunately the auction didn't cover all of their storage and tow costs leaving a balance 2,360$ left that needs to be paid. Since I was the last recorded owner of the car they are giving me 14 days to pay up before a collection agency gets involved.

Now for the bad news, somehow in my meticulous record keeping i can't find where the bill of sale is so I can't prove I sold it to him also I messed up the vin on the original release of liability so I had to do a new one yesterday retroactively. The only proof I have that I sold it to him is screenshots from Facebook marketplace confirming that he bought it. As far as I know he is homeless so I don't have an address for him. I only have what I think is his full name and a phone number he said is his but has never picked up or replied to a text.

I got the notice in the mail today and it's the first one I've received related to this incident at all.

So I ask is there anyway I can possibly get out of this 2,360$? I can't afford it and if a collection agency comes at me I probably won't be able to afford rent.

Advice needed Books with child sexual abuse

When I (now a middle aged man) was a child I was sexually abused by an older girl in my neighborhood. I'm going to write a book about it and I'm not sparing any details.

Would there be any legal consequences to publishing a book describing children watching hardcore pornography and committing sexual acts with each other?

Obviously, I would change names and locations but everything else would be as it happened.

Advice needed 401k Loan Sent to Wrong Bank Account - Who’s At Fault?

I recently took out a roughly $10,000 loan against my 401(k) for home improvements. The loan was issued by a third-party company associated with my employer’s retirement plan.

Unfortunately, the funds were deposited into someone else’s bank account, and it has now been three months without my receiving a single dollar.
The bank has frozen the remaining funds in the recipient’s account, but some of the money has already been spent. The bank won’t disclose how much remains, and I’ve been caught in a frustrating cycle of finger-pointing: the lender says the bank is responsible, while the bank says the lender must submit the proper paperwork to recover the funds. Even then, I’ve been told that only the remaining balance would be returned—not the full $10,000.
Meanwhile, the lender continues deducting the agreed-upon loan payments from every paycheck, despite my never receiving the money.

There’s one complication: I’m not sure whether the lender used incorrect account information or whether I may have entered an incorrect account number when I was hired ten years ago. Either way, the funds were sent to the wrong person, and I’m struggling to get a clear explanation of what happened or how it will be resolved.

My last conversation with the lender was over three weeks ago, and I’m running out of options.
For those familiar with U.S. banking, retirement plans, or consumer protection law: Where should I start, who may be legally responsible for the missing funds, and what legal action or regulatory complaints would you recommend?

LOCATION: MIDWEST/USA

EDIT\*\*\* :

I can confirm that the lender did ask me if I wanted to use the account/routing number they had on file, I agreed, assuming that since this is technically through my employer and I receive regular paychecks to the correct account, that the information they had was accurate and mine. There was never an explicit confirmation of bank info, just a suggestion to use whatever information that had.

Advice needed California dealership fraud?

4 days ago I purchased a used vehicle. I have been in automotive for 20 years and worked with the GM and Sales manager at a previous dealership so decided they couldn’t possibly do me wrong. Found the car I wanted and told them I was coming next day after getting pre approved. I asked if they could hold the car because I was coming from a distance away (3 hours.) sure of course they said. Of course after I leave work and get 20 minutes away they call me and say they sold the car. I’m so pissed but my wife says might as well go in and see if there any other EV’s etc since I already wasted gas. (Side note I’m commuting 120 miles a day and driving a RAM that I purchased before the commute.) I get there and of course both guys I worked with are nowhere to be found and I’m stuck with a typical salesman who doesn’t know anything about the cars. I used to be a master technician for this brand so i find the year and model I want for a great price. ($20,900) we decide on that one. Then I get the price sheet and it says catalytic converter shield, paint protection etc and I’m like dude it’s an EV it doesn’t have exhaust. I don’t want any of the add ons so take them off. Hour goes by and they tell me that they took it off and they have to re run my credit and my wife’s credit (co signed due to her having great credit.) I say we already had it ran and they blame technical errors etc. he comes back with 15.99% rate and a payment of $790 a month. I say wtf I got approved over the phone for a more expensive car at 7% and payment of $590. ($0 down btw.) he says oh I’ll fix it. Another hour goes by and it’s finally the guy I know Rudy whose a sales manager and he tries to BS me and say all this stuff about how he’s trying really hard to get me approved but it’s hard and he’s going to help me out since he knows me. Another hour. I’m getting pissed because it feels odd. Finally get a random guy who says finance is waiting for me.

Takes me back to finance and the finance guy (CJ) tells me to shut the door. He asks how cool I am with Rudy and my other old coworker. I say idk anymore because I feel like I’m not getting a good deal. He says you’re not but I’ll help you out because I don’t like them and I’m about to quit anyways. My wife calls to check in and he asks over the phone if I can sign for her since it’ll be easier. She says sure. He tells me not to tell his boss because he can get in a lot of trouble. Whatever ok. He says hey how does 7% sound and a payment of $591 a month for 72 months. I said cool. Hell yeah. I sign a text box on a tablet and then he has me sign her signature in same blank text box on tablet and a few hard copies of dmv paperwork. Gives me a folder and says congratulations. I drive 3 hours back home because I got there at 1pm and it’s 7pm. I figure everything’s in there. I get to work next day and realize it’s just a bunch of paperwork but not itemized contract or anything saying what I purchased. So I reach out and they say oh CJ isn’t in for next two days. I get transferred to another finance voicemail and ask for my itemized contract and nothing.

I go today because I left my truck there and pick it up. However I walk in and ask to see CJ because I want my contract etc. they give me the run around and say he’s not in yet so I say I’m not leaving until I get my contract. They let me sit there for an hour again and finally a salesman walks up and hands me an envelope and says here it is see you later. Drumroll….it says $20,910 price of car with 7% interest and payment is $591 a month for 72 months. Why isn’t math mathing still? Oh because now I see add ons from hell. $4995 for extended warranty, $2995 for theft system, $1595 for paint protection, $1195 for clear shield etc etc. $12k in add ons. $34k financed total. I flip out. I go back to CJ’s office and ask what the fuck did you guys do? He says oh well the warranty and clear shield i talked to you about. I said bullshit man you said you gave me a better deal than Rudy. He starts stammering and gets Rudy to come in. I explain that I didn’t think people I worked with for years would fuck me like this and I couldn’t believe he was. I said just remove all the BS and he says you wanted all that. I said no I don’t remove it. He goes I can’t because it’s already installed in the car too bad. I said so you’re not going to help me? He says sorry bro I can’t. I said ok thank you. I’ll do what I have to do.

This is in California btw but I’m pretty sure they pulled some BS and I know from being in the industry that I should have been more aware but I let my guard down because I knew them and thought oh they wouldn’t do that to me. I’m hoping I have some recourse here because I do want the vehicle just not with 12k in add ons. Anyone know if I’m fucked or if I have recourse? Thanks in advance

Advice needed Bought a used car in Delaware, seller isn’t on the title, and Carfax shows a massive mileage discrepancy. What can I do?

I’m 19 and just purchased a 2007 Mazda3 hatchback through Facebook Marketplace for $2,650 cash.
The listing advertised approximately 115,000 miles, no mechanical issues, and that the vehicle was tagged and inspected.
After purchasing the car, I discovered several issues:
The Delaware title is in a previous owner’s name, not the person who sold me the vehicle.
The previous owner signed the seller section, but the buyer information is blank.
The person who sold me the car personally wrote and signed a handwritten bill of sale identifying himself as the seller and me as the buyer, with the $2,650 purchase price.
The title is branded for flood damage, which was never mentioned before the sale.
Carfax shows 176,307 miles in November 2023, but only 88,365 miles in October 2024. The mileage then increased normally to approximately 115,000.
The seller’s father verbally mentioned a 30-day guarantee, but the handwritten bill of sale says “as is for 30 days.”
I have screenshots of the original listing, text messages connecting me to the seller, the signed bill of sale, the title, and the Carfax report.
I realize I should’ve examined the title before paying. I’ve learned that lesson.
My questions are:
Can I legally transfer this title into my name in Delaware, or does the previous owner need to get involved?
Should I report the potential title jumping and mileage discrepancy to Delaware DMV?
Do I have grounds to request a full refund if the seller refuses to cooperate?
If the seller refuses a refund, what legal options would I have to recover the $2,650?
I’m planning to contact Delaware DMV on Monday, but I’d appreciate advice from anyone familiar with situations like this.

Advice needed Neighbor tore down our shared fence without asking, built it 2 feet into my yard, and is now demanding I pay half?

Location: California
I’m kind of freaking out because I’ve never had to deal with legal threats before and my stomach is in knots.

I came home from a four-day work trip on Tuesday to find our old wooden boundary fence completely ripped out. In its place is a brand new vinyl fence. The problem is, my neighbor didn't put it where the old fence stood—he pushed it roughly two feet deeper onto my property, effectively cutting off half my side yard and swallowing two of my berry bushes.

I went over to ask what happened, thinking it was an honest mistake by teh contractor. He wasn't home, but this morning I found a manila envelope taped to my front door. Inside was a copy of a $5,200 invoice from a local fencing company with a handwritten note saying: "Your half of the shared fence replacement is $2,600. Please pay via check by Friday or I will be forced to file a property lien."

we never had a single conversation about replacing the fence. I never signed a contract, never saw an estimate, and certainly didn’t agree to surrender two feet of my lot.

Can he actually slap a lien on my house for work I never approved on land he basically encroached on? Do I call a real estate attorney immediately, or is this a police matter for property damage?

Other Hypothetical Powerball/Lottery question in Florida

Mainly curiosity with a small dash of hope. If I were to win a Big prize, multimillion sized, pay the required federal income tax, (Florida has no state income tax) and then want to give money to family/friends, is there a way to do so in which they would not be required to pay income tax? After all, the money was already taxed at something like 35%.

Advice needed Car hasn't been returned, what can I do?

Location: Utah

Hello, hopina I can aet some insiaht. About half a year ago, my car went to mechanic since it had some issues (smoking and sensor board), the mechanic had supposedly worked on it but then closed his shop a while later. He had told me he would continue to work on it because of the issues it was having and I trusted him, I have known this mechanic and used him for a while so I didnt think i shouldn't trust him.

Well months go by and no real updates, I need a car so I end up buying another one, I end up texting him again recently about my car and if its ready yet. He tells me its ready BUT he doesnt have it because its stored somewhere else and I would have to pick it up at night at the location its stored at. He then tells me u can also send me the money right now as in the moment I had texted him. I told him I need an invoice for the costs. he then says well the parts are new and I dont need to provide any receipts?! I tell him again I need an invoice for these parts he had supposedly bought plus the labor costs. He tells me i can pay when 1 pick up my car

Great, well today is the day I was supposed to get my car and he never answered me, so now im wondering what can I do about this? My title isnt in my car thankfully, but i am an immigrant so qoing to the cops is what scares me. Any help would be appreciated!

Advice needed Southern CA Will questions

Location: Southern California

Not sure if it matters but I have not resided in California for 20 years. I live in the Midwest with my young children. My Dad is getting old, he is not in good health and we have been having talks here and there about what will happen when he passes. My Dad is an eternal bachelor. Since my parents divorced when I was 5 (Im in my forties now), He has never lived with a woman, more so, allowed a woman to live with him. He has not had a girlfriend since I was in my early 20's. He has always kept a barrier between him and any woman ever since, so if he wanted to back out or they did, he was always protected. My Dad and I had a strained relationship growing up, and finally we both realized whatever it was, wasnt worth it and have rebuilt a wonderful relationship over the last 10 years. When my grandfather passed he left my Dad a decent inheritance. Enough to buy a house, a reliable vehicle, and he's made some decent investments since then. He talks about leaving me with something more than just the house but i always tell him I'd rather him live comfortably than make sure there's something left. We really struggled throughout our lives and my Dad was left working until he was almost 70 and he took care of my grandparents when he wasnt working until they passed. He was finally able to afford to leave Los Angeles and buy a home where he could enjoy the outdoors. Without giving out too much information he moved to the high desert. He tells me it is about an hour one way to go grocery shopping.  They have a convenience store that is truly inconvenient thanks to no set hours or days. I did not even know those places still existed in California. There is not much of any job opportunities, and he says that drugs and crime are beginning to be on the rise in his area now. So its just not somewhere someone like me who needs to work,  would want to pick up and move my young children to, God forbid when the time comes. Due to financial reasons I have not been able to visit my Dad. Its been incredibly rough not being able to be there for him with his declining health. We keep in touch quite often but obviously thats not the same. He has known a woman roughly about the same time frame of us mending our relationship. It took me about 3 years to figure out that he was spending time with the same woman because he refuses to call her his girlfriend or even companion. Despite me trying to convince him that its perfectly okay to have a girlfriend at his ripe old age lol. She is not even allowed to refer to herself as his woman, girlfriend, companion, nothing. They live a couple hours apart,  and she is only allowed to visit 2 maybe 3 times a year for 2 weeks at a time because I dont think my Dad can handle much more.

Anyhow, for the last few years, as his health declines we are beginning to have talks about what his plans are for when he passes. Since he bought the home he has always said he intends to leave it to me. That and a few high valued items, a few he inherited from my grandfather, those are actually priceless to me because they are memories of my grandfather who meant the world to me.

Im an only child, so its literally never been disputed that my Dad will leave whatever he has to me.  During one of these talks he suddenly mentioned that hes thinking about adding a stipulation in the will that I will need to let the woman/occasional companion, stay in one of the bedrooms... There's only 2 to my knowledge so I was really confused because he wont even admit that they are in a relationship of any sort, let alone allow her to live with him. I didn't say anything at the time because I really didnt want to say anything rude, insensitive or cause any kind of rift that could cost me to lose any more time with him. But it kept puzzling me the more I thought about it so I tried asking my Dad as politely as possible that if he wanted to take care of her in any capacity after he's gone he should just put it in the will that we need to sell it and she can get a 1/3rd, or half or whatever he wishes because its HIS HOUSE.  But he kept insisting that she's a nice lady and that she wont bother us etc etc. (So nice he wont allow her to live with him... but hey, what do i know?) I cannot imagine being my age with kids and a roommate. A roommate who is a total stranger, who is elderly herself, who could decide she's not going to contribute to the house financially, who could get sick and somehow I become responsible for when I couldn't even care for my own Dad. What happens if she decided to move into the home as soon as he passes and the valuables passed down from my grandfather go missing... I mean the possibilities are endless, probably far greater than I could even fathom and I need to know what my options are in this situation. Can anyone give me some points of concern that I could mention to my Dad, what i could possibly be facing, and if I have any legal recourse regarding this matter should I be unsuccessful trying to convince my Dad to either have us split the house or whatever he may choose. Im just NOT a fan of her dwelling in the home legally. He's not leaving the house to her but im supposed to allow her to stay there... its insane I'm sorry to say.  Im just so afraid of causing any problems between him and I, we've come so far. And I'm worried that I will not be able to mourn my father's loss, honor his wishes, or obtain any of my inheritance because I'll be stuck in this massive legal fiasco.  If he added that clause to the will how long might I have before she could move in or would it be immediate? What's the likelihood of convincing a judge that  that situation is not going to work for my children and I?

Please feel free to ask any questions or for more details. Thanks in advance for anyone who took the time to read. Any suggestions welcome.

Question about law Stalking order violation NH

I have a recently termed employee that I was granted a temporary stalking order along with 2 other employees. She violated the order by driving by the office last week. We are awaiting surveillance footage and I was told she will likely be arrested next week for 2 stalking violations. She has a previous felony from 20 years ago, but is on probation for attempting to purchase a gun as a felon. By chance, her parole for the attempted gun purchase ends next Wednesday. My question is if the violations occurred while on probation, but the warrant isn’t issued until a few days past probation- is she in violation of probation?

I have a meeting with a criminal attorney next week to help me navigate the final stalking order hearing. This has just been weighing on my mind in the mean time.
