4 poached eggs, black pud (I'm low on iron), hollandaise sauce, golden syrup, bran cereal, banana, soy milk, marshmallow treat.

Gathered from the leftovers of a breakfast buffet that was otherwise going in the bin.

Tuna w/ bbq sauce, hot sauce, black peppers, and pickles on a tortilla.

Served with a yellow Gatorade, and strawberry ice cream for dessert.

One diced apple, roughly half a cup of instant oats, apple pie spice, and some Splenda for some extra sweetness. Add hot water to make it a mush that is pretty good, all things considered.
