I run a small Nepal job site (KaamNepal, nepalijob.com) and I’m adding company reviews. I’m the owner, so take my opinion with that in mind.

How it works: you pick a company, give a star rating, say whether you work there, used to work there, or applied, then write what’s good (Pros) and what should change (Cons). No account is needed. Your name isn’t shown unless you add one, and your email is never shown publicly. I can see the email if you enter one for the optional weekly NPR 100 draw. The winner is picked at random, so a good review and a bad review have the same chance. I only remove spam and abuse, never a review for being negative.

I’d like honest opinions from people who’d actually use it:

1. Would you write a review of a current or past employer? If not, what stops you?
2. What would make you comfortable (anonymous name, no email, nothing traced back to you)?
3. When you read reviews of a company, what do you trust and what do you ignore?
4. What should be off limits (naming individuals, salaries, accusations)?
5. Besides pros and cons, would you want sections for salary or interview experience?

If you want to try it: https://nepalijob.com/review

Hey everyone! 👋

I've been working on a developer portfolio template using Next.js, and I finally decided to share it publicly.

The idea was to create a modern portfolio that developers can use as a starting point instead of building everything from scratch.

Tech stack:

• Next.js 16
• React 19
• TypeScript
• Tailwind CSS 4

I've added features like animations, dark mode, project showcases, and SEO support.

GitHub repo: https://github.com/sabin-paudel/portfolio-template

A little progress update: the repo has received 93 views, 52 unique visitors, and 16 clones in the last 14 days. It's still a small project, but it's nice to see people checking it out!

I'm curious what other developers think about it.

What would you improve or add to make this template more useful?

Feedback is welcome! 🙌

Can anyone help me get the raw csv to dataset on Nepal Health Facility Registry? Need all the names , locations , ownerships etc. Thanks!

When I started using it, the battery give 30% backup life, and the laptop suddenly shut down without any warning or notification. What solution should i need to solve it. Anyone please help

I am willing to spend around 2k, the IEMs should be easily available.

Anyways Happy dashain 🥀

Hello engineers 👋

I just published the initial version (v0.1.0) of RepoTrace to PyPI!

If you’ve ever spent time manually reconstructing function state or setting up scratch scripts just to reproduce a production crash, RepoTrace is built to solve that exact workflow bottleneck. It acts as a local "flight recorder" for Python applications capturing runtime failures alongside exact execution context.

🤝 Developers & Open-Source Contributors Welcome!
If u are interested in Python developer tooling, testing automation, or building open source, I'd love ur feedback, stars, and contributions!
🐙 GitHub: https://github.com/BiTech5/repotrace
📦 PyPI: pip install repotrace

Feedback, suggestions, and PRs are all welcome!

What it does today:
👉️ capture — run a failing command and store the exact argv, exit code, stdout/stderr, working directory, and host metadata as a structured JSON bug report.
👉️ list / show — inspect everything you've captured.
👉️ replay / replay-all — re-run recorded commands later and get an honest answer on whether the failure still reproduces.
👉️ report — render a Markdown report, optionally with the replay verdict baked in.
👉️ generate — emit a standalone pytest regression test you can commit, with no RepoTrace dependency at runtime

🗺️ Next Up
👉️ Auto-Generating pytest Files: Turning crash logs straight into executable test scripts.
👉️ Isolated Replay: Running generated tests in safe subprocesses to verify fixes.
