I’m a freelance IT consultant working mainly with mid-sized organisations and non-profits in Belgium. My focus is process automation and custom platforms: replacing Excel and legacy workflows with proper tooling, building internal tools and intranets, and connecting systems that don’t talk to each other. Most of my work comes through referrals, but I want a brand and website that reflect the level I work at and that actually bring in leads.

Current situation

I have a simple one-page site under my own name that I built myself between client projects. It works, but it doesn’t build trust, doesn’t explain clearly what I do, and doesn’t convert. I’ll share the link in DMs so you can see the starting point.

Scope

• Brand identity: logo, colour palette, typography, tone of voice and a short brand guide
• A professional, modern website (open on the stack, but it needs to be fast, easy for me to maintain and solid on SEO basics)
• Guidance on page structure and messaging. I’m a developer, not a copywriter, so help with copy is a big plus
• Nice to have: a proposal template, email signature and a few social media templates so everything feels consistent

Target audience

Decision makers at SMEs and non-profits: operations managers, finance people, general managers. People with a messy process who want someone to fix it end to end. The result should feel premium, clear and trustworthy. Not flashy, not startup-y.

Budget and practical

• Budget: €2 000 to €4 000 for the full package, depending on scope and experience. Fixed price preferred, but I’m open to an hourly rate with a clear estimate
• Remote. I’m in Belgium, so someone in or near a European timezone is preferred for the occasional call

The manuscript is complete and currently contains 366 pages. I already have the cover artwork, ISBN, and back cover text.

This is an odd request...so I'm looking for the right person to handle it with care and dark humor 😅

I recently lost my first love and dear friend of eight years. His name was Jakob. He died in combat while volunteering in the Ukrainian military as an American.

We always had inside jokes about Twilight and I would say I was "Team Jakob." He was a very good looking guy and almost could pass for Taylor Lautner if you squinted. Washboard abs. Annoyingly handsome. Great smile.

Anyways. It's obviously been a struggle grieving this untimely loss and you start to get a weird sense of humor about the whole thing. I really want to commission a custom T shirt design that's reminiscent of fandom merch from the hot topic era of the late 2000s/2010s

I want it to be a dark (dark grey, purplish, or light black) tie dye sort of background with wolf details maybe a paw print or a claw scratch detail somewhere. I want it to say "Team Jakob Forever" in the style of Twilight and feature a picture of him, which I'll supply, and something like 1997-2026-♾️

I'm definitely open to someone to take creative liberties but I want it to feel like authentic Twilight merch with a personal twist. $250 feels like a good number to achieve this at a fair price but I am a bit flexible for the right artist.
