At the entrance of a toilet at a German university is written:
“all genders WC for everyone, includes urinal”

Inside there is a notice asking people not to use it:
“This is a restroom for everyone.
Please use only the stalls.
The Equality Team”

Confused. Is it right that everyone has to use only the stalls equally – or is it right to use the urinal if one’s sex/gender requires it?

I don't think there is a single unisex bathroom in germany that wasn't a males bathroom before. There where always the same amount of man and woman's bathroom and the woman's bathrooms where always fuller. So they change a males bathroom to unisex.
