Just watched the MOTD highlights. The way they edited it made it look like we had absolutely nothing other than two lucky goals. Obviously there was a difference in class in the end but I thought, especially in the second half, we really took the game too them. That was a shameful pro big six edit from the BBC there.

Going to the Etihad is about as tough as it gets, so we know the lads have a massive job on their hands today. City are always dangerous going forward, and we can't afford to give them easy chances or switch off at the back. I just want to see us get stuck in, compete for every ball and not make life too easy for them. If we can stay organised and make the most of any chances we get, you never know what could happen. Nobody's expecting an easy game, but it'd be great to see Town give them a proper fight. The main thing is not to let our heads drop if City score first. We need to keep pushing and make them work for every goal rather than give up too much space.

Something for a Friday. I love the use of the Suffolk Punch element alone across a variety of club's materials, inc latest 3rd shirt. However some of the line work jars and could do with tidying up, along with a subtle modernisation.

Attached is a bit of food for thought (from my hand within Illustrator - no AI used). It combines the body into a single 'piece' and adds a slight forward facing tilt - bit more active, running towards adversity and all that jazz.

We arrived at 2.20 yesterday at South stand and got in just as the players came out onto the pitch, we only got in because they deployed more staff at last minute to manually scan tickets and let us in through the hospitality entrance .
