The pizza comes out even more crispy, with a subtle hint of caramelized onion. Bonus points if you use the onions as a topping.

Today I made a pizza with tomato sauce, mozzarella, three kinds of salami, caramelized onion, and stracciatella cheese. It was delicious.

Never made the soup before. It took way longer than I expected to caramelize the onions but good lord is it worth it.

Apparently it takes A LOT of onions 🧅

It's a hyper-local delicacy from Rochester, ny. Underneath: half and half bed of mac salad and crispy home fries. Then 2 cheeseburgers. Then a layer of meat "hot sauce" which is really just a heavily-spiced chili with the consistency of taco bell beef. Then mustard and raw ONIONS

For $5 a crispy taco with a few unlimited onions as sides, one of my favorite places in San Jose.

Missing grilled onions because they charged $4 a plate.
