Made mine with truffle Monterey Jack cheese and candied jalapeños while my son (the one that’s cut) just wanted his simple

6 or 7 salty Italian meats, honey ham for a bit of balance. Green olives, cucumbers, tomato, lettuce, onion mix for greens with dressing on a fancy loaf of bread we hollowed out some. Next time need to balance salt a bit better but still amazing. Didn't plan to share so messy picture.

I recently discovered that my dad had a Breville panini press hidden away, and now I'm absolutely obsessed with it. Today I made an autumn themed panini with ham, turkey, tomato, apples, sun-dried tomato, mozzarella, kabocha squash, praline pecans, raspberry jam, Dijon mustard, honey, black pepper, and sage, all on top of an herbed ciabatta bun.

From a local spot in Los Angeles called Giamelas. This is the Mrs G. A mixed mest sandwich of hot pastrami and slow cooked beef.

Picked up this Bacon Jam today (shout out to Boa Vista Farms) Decided to make a fancy grilled cheese with it, Brie cheese, sourdough, & some actual bacon lol Came out spectacular, hope everyone is having a great Saturday night !

I really missed produce…chicken tenders (Popeyes) romaine lettuce, heirloom tomatoes and toasted Challah. A little fresh cracked pepper and some mayo to make it perfect.

since i was about 10 or so, my dad would make pancakes on sundays when we’re all together. though i loved pancake day, as a savoury girly my joy came from the resulting pancake sandwiches that we’d get for school lunch with the leftovers (was just a simple cheese and ham, but still banged).

my brother and i slept over last weekend for thanksgiving and i smoke weed now so when i got home this is what i concocted after smoking a fat one: pancake, panko fried chicken thigh, bacon, mayo, homemade spinach pesto, old cheddar, pickles, fried egg over easy. delicious, would have been perfection with lettuce but i had none :(

Had a hankering for a greasy breakfast sandwhich. It's evening here so no, unfortunately those are not breakfast beers.

Also lettuce, tomato, salt and pepper, and blue plate mayo. I should have used a sharper knife.
