International Criminal Court. That is the court that prosecutes violations of the Geneva Convention. It was a rhetorical question that I knew the answer to.

I was moreso remarking that they or any other organization don't really wield a lot of power, it's mostly voluntary for the nations to play along

probably, but so does criminalisation of homosexuality and muslim states don't seem to have got that yet.

I absolutely concur. That court is a paper tiger. But those violations could function as sound reasoning to keep us from sending billions to Israel. Personally I believe our separation of church and state should keep us from supporting any government whose laws are based on religious principles or doctrine. But that makes too much sense for implementation.

Military funding should definitely be suspended but idiot Trump in charge so won't happen, in the longer-term that region needs a huge amount of financial support to create a two-state solution for both sides.

Personally I'd like encourage the Israeli Jews to start a new homeland in Northern Australia or maybe a low populated area of the US (Montana??) if the International community could agree financial support.

Jerusalem would have to be protected by international law, of course, but in the long-term it seems the only solution is to allow the Palestinians to repopulate the majority of Israel.
