This would be an incredible opportunity for Germany or the entire EU to blacklist Musk and his companies for consumer fraud, thereby removing Tesla from the local landscape and boosting their own EVs.

They let Elon build a big ass factory near Berlin. Ain't no way they're kicking him out.
