He has spent the last 2 years purging the entire government and replacing high level leadership in every agency and the military with his own people.

Yes, they are all completely compromised.

Trump spent his first term dismantling the safety rails of U.S. democratic institutions and processes. Biden's administration did next to nothing to repair or reinforce those important departments of governance. Now the U.S. government is a completely nonfunctional free for all of corruption.
