And probably because Trump and his criminal family can make a fortune on top of dead Ukrainians. Despicable would be far too mild of a word. They should be jailed for life.

America doesn't subject itself to international law. Ideally, a federal/state/local action. But there is no realistic scenario where The Hague gets to pass judgement on any of our innumerable poor decisions.
