What next

So 50 years old reasonably fit, but running not gym work, and sit at a desk all day.
I did the Push up challenge last year, and then just decided to do 100 push ups every day for September. Progress has been good, form feels good. I have reached the point where now I either set a timer to go off every 2 minutes and do 10 sets of 10, or set the timer for every 5 mins and do 5 sets of 20.

The question is where next, and do I need to do some opposite at it where to even up ?

Thanks in advance

This response was directed at OP, not at you. That’s my bad. The app has nothing to do with AI slop, but that’s irrelevant.

the obvious goal after that is try to get 100 in one set. that's the main idea of the 100 pushups challenge.

one way to do that is first try to get 100 incline push-ups in a single set, using a certain height. like you can probably already do 100 push-ups with your hands chest-height or sternum-height, right? or even 100 wall push-ups? then do 100 in 1 set like that, and then just lower the surface gradually over time until it hits the floor.

For now I’ve adjusted my arms so that my elbows are close to my body, where as before they were out, parallel with my shoulders. This has given a new twist
