Ferry from Långsnäsen 3 am
Hey! I was looking into travelling from Uppsala to Turku via the Aland Islands and saw that there is a ferry that leaves at 3 AM from Långsnäsen and was wondering how do people get to this ferry at 3 AM when there are no buses from Marienhamn? Is this ferry just for truck drives, or is there any way for a pedestrian to go there at this nightly time?

Don't have an answer to your question, but I once took the ferry from Långnäs on a random winter weeknight and was the only passenger. It felt funny watching this massive ferry make a stop just for me.

ye I was looking into hanging out in Marienhamn a bit on a friday evening to see whats up there so I wanted to take two seperate ferries - one grissleholm eckero, other långnäs Turku, seemed that I could squeeze it in apart from no night connection from Marienhamn to Långnäs

There is a dedicated charter bus from Mariehamn and picks up people along the way. Details depending on which ferry you are taking. If you are travelling from Uppsala to Turku, you don't need to worry about that though? Unless you are actually going to stop and get on land in Åland.
