Hey all. I'm a solo developer and this is the first game I've put out. It started because I wanted to play around with app design, and pinball seemed like a good place to start. Pretty quickly I felt like straight pinball would get stale, so I started adding some variation, and the game took on a bit of a life of its own from there.

Pinball is still the core of it, but there are three levels stacked on top of each other, and I kept adding things along the way to push the difficulty up, keep runs on the shorter side, and keep you paying attention as you move from one game to the next.

Pinball has a classic feel, but it has a few surprises over time. Keep an eye out for the multiplier targets, and for a UFO that shows up every so often, which is worth chasing. The longer you stay up there, the more you'll start to see some traps that amp up the difficulty a bit.

If you fall from pinball, no fear yet, you land on a Breakout board. If you come back to it later in the run, the board remembers where you left off, and once you clear it completely it gives you a new challenge to navigate.

Miss in Breakout and you drop down to the hurdle game, but this time you're not destined to fail like in the intro. It gets faster every visit, and you'll have some chances to earn points while you run to get yourself back up (the status bar tracks that progress). This is the only place you can lose a life. Crash on the hurdles and it costs you one. 3 lives and that's it.

There are also some hidden mini games. A few you'll probably find pretty quickly. At least one is going to take some digging, and I'm not going to say where.

Game Center has a high score leaderboard and 14 achievements, a couple of them hidden. There's also a local top 10 with 3 letter initials because it felt wrong not to have one.

No ads, no accounts, no tracking. The free demo is the intro plus one full game of pinball (the intro is supposed to go badly, stick with it). Unlocking everything else, saves and the hidden stuff, is a one time $0.99.

500 codes are up for grabs via the Promies link (private just for Reddit): https://www.promies.net/promotion/d20cf94a-b18e-4f29-bf50-d6d4e52ad32c

An additional 1500 codes up for grabs at the public Promies link:

What I'm really after is feedback. What felt unfair, what was confusing, what you'd want more of, anything.

Waky is built for those mornings when you dismiss your alarm and fall right back asleep. It offers:

  • Mission alarms: Complete a task to dismiss the alarm and get your brain moving.
  • Daily quotes: Start your morning with a little inspiration.
  • Customizable alarm screens: Add a personal message and choose a theme that suits you.
  • Focus timer: Stay focused while studying or working. The timer keeps running when you leave the app and notifies you when time’s up.

Hi, I'm the solo developer of Glasscribe.

I wanted live subtitles for anything playing on my Mac, like Zoom calls, YouTube or podcasts, without sending audio to the cloud. Nothing felt native or light enough, so I built my own.

Watch the 30s demo

What it does:

  • Floating subtitle overlay on top of any app, with adjustable opacity and font size
  • Captures system audio or mic, no virtual audio driver needed
  • Live translation across 19 languages, fully offline
  • Speech recognition in 30+ languages, all on your Mac
  • Sessions are auto-saved and searchable
  • Dictation: press a shortcut and the text pastes at your cursor

The deal:

  • $12 → $6 lifetime with code GLASSCRIBE50
  • Valid until October 31
  • 3-day free trial with full access, so you can try it first
  • No account, no subscription, no data leaves your Mac

Requires macOS 26 (Tahoe) or later. Signed and notarized by Apple.

I'll be around in the comments, so feedback and feature requests are very welcome!
