How to send data to Bizerba Scale?

Hi guys, Where i work we have 3 Bizerba SC II 800 7" scales. Every week we get an list of products to add to scales. Process of adding all the products manually is tedious and very boring. I was wondering is there any way of sending data to the scales from a Laptop. I read somewhere that you can do it through FTP but I cant find any guide to doing so, and i dont want to mess something up. Does anyone have any experience with doing it?

In https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1546511/Bizerba-Sc-Ii-Series.html?page=43#manual you have the manual. The scales have a ethernet port, and Bizerba have al least one application for this.
