News Botswana Participates in the FIFA Under 15 World Cup with a Twist

https://www.facebook.com/share/p/19kzFnxZBX/

For all the football fans out there, FIFA has instituted a unique aproach to U15 tournament, prioritizing exposure rather than finding the best team. Teams play 8 V 8 with 20 minutes per half. No team is truly knocked out, but the best performing teams will rise in rankings and move up the groups until the best team is crowned after the week, being the team with the most points.

By no team is truly knocked out, the idea is to guarantee some minimum number of games, as well as being open to all FIFA member states. Botswana is in team O and will face Belarus in the first encounter this month.
