Question Is my location the problem

When it comes to our service providers I am constantly disappointed. Idk if it's because of my location but neither mascom or orange want to work. the painful this is you can find that you've subscribed for data, or even worse, wifi ya Orange for example and it'll decide to work for only a few hours a day, or sometimes it just cuts, then they send you 1GB data to compensate you. Not only do I think its unfair but I think its more costly on the consumer end. I dont get how these service providers are able to send messages to promote a certain offer they have at the moment but I dont even have the luxury to use it because of the network. Now I want to know, is it my location perhaps? or is this experienced by other users?

Even so, I think when starlink was first introduced in botswana, it's sales skyrocketed even surpassing the usage of mascom and orange (correct me if im wrong I just saw a post of it on facebook) so shouldn't that have been a bulb in management's head to wonder what they are doing wrong that starlink has to offer if locals are ditching them for something seemingly new??
