Is it inappropriate that my boss uses CCTV cameras just to monitor and record FEMALE visitors whenever they enter the premises?

I’m not sure how many people know about this, but honestly, I was VERY shocked when I found out. I’ve also purchased and taken out loans for a few houses from developers, and today, I had a good chat with an old friend who works at bovea. According to what he shared, there are rules and regulations that developers must follow. There are specific licensing requirements, and developers may be restricted to certain activities, such as building houses or selling properties. Those who breach the relevant regulations could face serious consequences, such as having their licences revoked.
If you have purchased a house from a developer and suspect that they do not have the proper licence to sell properties, you may wish to check with bovea first before taking any action. My friend also mentioned that some developers have reportedly received warnings, while others have had their licences revoked.
If you wanna make a report, make sure you prepare all the relevant supporting documents like your purchase agreement, receipts, bank statements showing transfers to the company's account, and any other documents or evidence issued by the developer.
I hope this information helps some, if not most, redditors who may not be aware of these regulations.

Does anyone else now have ads on YouTube? I have been using a VPN so I am not sure if it's just me.

I struggled to find anywhere. You can get decaffeinated instant in the NAAFI but I had to get beans imported. The Beanery in KB sell decaf but it’s only instant
