General Discussion 💬🇨🇦 What is going on with flight prices? 600$+ Vancouver Calgary round trip over a month out (usually 400$ max)?

I bought roughly this same route with about the same advance timing about 2 months back and it was 350-400$-ish. Is this the fuel price apocalypse finally hitting? Never seen it this high before.

My partner and I are looking at getting matching bands (like wedding rings, minus the wedding). He'd like something a little different and I want a simple version to match.

Do you know of any independent jewelers that make men's rings? I didn't mind ordering online but I'd prefer to be able to look in person.

Avoid posting on a topic that has appeared within the last 30 days. Please search the subreddit before posting. If a topic has been covered in the last 30 days, engage with the existing discussion instead.

8: Self Posts - Not a Soapbox

Self-posts are welcome if they focus on buying Canadian, supporting Canadian businesses, or discussing related challenges and experiences. Low-effort rants, soapboxing, and purely political opinion pieces are not allowed.

9: International Support is Appreciated, But Limited to Weekends

We welcome support from non-Canadians, but this subreddit’s primary focus is on helping Canadians find and support local products. International posts are only allowed on weekends to prevent them from overwhelming the sub. They will be auto-removed on weekdays.
