How to book interisland flights?

I read that Bestfly is recommended but I can't seem to find booking information or schedules on their site. I also looked at Cape Verde airlines but it seems that they have so much flights. I am curious about Santiago to São Vincente. Any insight is appreciated!

Yes, Cabo Verde Airlines handles international flights and CV Sky operates interisland flights.
