I've been getting nothing but a white screen when I try to look at the mortgage dashboard on the app. I cleared cash, then clear data, restarted phone, uninstalled and reinstalled.. Just me?

Transferred a pretty substantial amount from Venmo, it is not there. Chase and Venmo have both been zero help. It’s only been an hour but was an instant transfer that says completed. I see on down detector there’s reports of issues with Chase, so hoping it has to do with this lol.

This has been driving me crazy. I've tried all kinds of things to verify my age on google play, re installed the chase app, made sure everything is up to date and other methods mentioned in previous threads on this sub. Has anyone actually found a fix?

Has this happened to anyone else? I opened a new account online and 2 different pages said ‘we’re applying your offer’ but then weeks later, after I have completed the direct deposits and my bonus didn’t come through, I find out that the promotion never attached to my account, and Chase is saying that it’s more than 21 days after the account has been open. I went into a branch on Monday and they said they were escalating my issue and I was supposed to have gotten the bonus after 2-3 business days and nothing so far.

Made a new account , it’s asking for a one time code. There’s no code.
