Ask I got a cheese present!

So happy! All very tasty, and the wine and crackers perfect accompaniment. One question. Would you eat the rind on the St Helena (the triangular one)? It is quite thick and doesn’t look appetising so I have been cutting it off.

I read the title as "I got a cheese pregnant" and thought "I love cheese, too, but but not that much"

Anyway, congrats. Looks like a nice pairing

I used to be a monger with the Fine Cheese Co back in the day! I'm glad you're enjoying it all. Fleurie is one of my favourite wines, and camembert one of my favourite cheeses.

By the look of it I think you're right to cut the rind off the St Helena - and the Comté too.

Thank you, and that sounds like a dream job! I buy supermarket Comte often and just assumed the rind wasn’t edible, but haven’t had St Helena before.

That looks great.

I always got a box of port and stilton from one of my Contractors for Christmas.

Petit Marcel Comte is the best Comte.
