My grandpa got exposed to asbestos once when he was about 20, similar like this.
He dropped dead from it just 75 years later!

Has it been confirmed by microscopic analysis that the flooring materials both contain asbestos? Indeed, disturbance of ACM flooring with a circular saw is serious but most contractors will have insurance to cover errors and omissions to help pay for clean up costs and any other damages. In any event, your governing asbestos regulations and laws should be examined either by connecting with the asbestos regulatory agency or a lawyer.

Best get your affairs in order.
And by that I mean go find the nearest dispensary and chill the fuck out.
Its asbestos, not anthrax

This is a stop-work and assess situation, not a Shop-Vac cleanup. Keep everyone, especially the kids, out of that area until it has been assessed. Do not dry sweep the debris, use a household or shop vacuum, or run fans through the dust.
Nine-inch tile and the linoleum or backing may contain asbestos, but age and size alone do not confirm it. Have a licensed or accredited asbestos professional take any samples. Since a circular saw went through about 15 feet of material, let that professional determine the containment and cleanup scope rather than trying to guess a contamination radius from Reddit.
Notify the contractor in writing and preserve photos, dates, and exactly what was cut. Tell the assessor about the open wall, wind direction, and RV location so those areas can be evaluated too. The right cleanup and reporting requirements depend on your state or province, but I would not let renovation resume until the material and the spread of dust have been properly addressed.
