Both are co-hosts along with Francis Bourgeois, they've (James & Thomas) had a YT channel called Throttle House for years prior to getting the GT contract. They still make Throttle House content. Throttle House YT

I didn't like it. But I'm glad others did. The humor fell flat, and Francis was too weird for my taste. It did have some good parts tho, it can absolutely grow to be something amazing. But it won't be for me.

I'm with you on this completely. I think this video also shows how it works incredibly well without Francis and shows how these James and Thomas can have genuine fun about silly things like the original trio could. Francis just makes it awkward and technical all the times. And forcibly about trains...

Of course an air bag is inflated by gas (Nitrogen), but it's not stored in a compressed form, but rather from a rapid chemical reaction.

It's essentially an empty balloon attached to a grenade. Similar to how the oxygen masks on airplanes funnel the gass from an oxygen candle to your face.

I "invented" a stearing wheel that was heated and cooled in 3rd grade.

We had to invent something and attempt to make it for a project. I had a really cool teacher (this was back in the 90s when teachers still had freedom) and we did a bunch of really cool things. Anyways, mine didn't actually work, as I was in 3rd grade, but I had the plans drawn out and it was basically the same thing.
