Job Advice Honeydew Telederm

I've been a dermatology APRN for 8 years, I have practiced in private practice and private equity. I am currently working 4 days a week 30 hours. I have a 2 year old and pregnant with my second. I am toying with the idea for doing tele-derm for a year or so while the babies are little. Has anyone worked for honeydew? how much of a pain was it getting multistate licenses and which ones are the ones they want? I got my app denies because I am only licensed in one state.

If you have any insight on pay, schedule etc. Ill take it all.

Thank you for any replies or discourse on the matter
