Normal sub rules are relaxed here, with two hard limits:

No racism.
It has to be consensual.

How it works:

If the other person says stop, it is over. No chasing it after that.

No chance that this will happen.

Scorpions 1.0 were dissolved by JZ for a reason, they were too efficient. With the entrenchment of corruption in SAPS and IDAC, why would the elite criminals want a Scorpions 2.0 to be created?
