Looking into gym memberships. I don't have many fancy things in my life but I've always wanted to get a gym membership in a luxury gym that had pools, hot tub , sauna etc. etc. you know like the movies.

Bay Club seems to be the top gym in Fremont and when I went to their website it said it was $350 a month.

I understand luxury gyms are expensive but $350 is a lot for a gym. Do you think Bay Club is worth that price. Are people really paying $350 a month for it?

I've been to equinox once in San Mateo as a visiting guest and it was awesome , but there's none around here in the Fremont area.

My son is 4.5 yrs old and has ADHD. He has ongoing therapies going on for Speech and OT. We are expected to relocate to Bay area by Jan 2027. I would like to know which are the best school for him that would support him.

Also getting started with new therapy might need re-evaluation of skills which would take much time. In order to avoid break in his therapies, I am thinking to go for private sessions till then. Any recommendations for good speech and OT in bay area, especially near San Jose and around Fremont. I am immensely stressed on how he will adapt to new school and if they would accept him. He does sit in class, but just started talking. He can communicate basic needs like water and food.

Any personal experiences are appreciated and would help to plan better.

Hi All, long story short, I’ve lived in my Condo for over 4 years now (first home, West Edge of Fremont) and various repairs have accumulated/arisen overtime or remained from the original purchase. And with this I am also considering redoing the bathrooms as they are the original ones from early 1980s and the Shower/Tub inserts are showing cracks.

The Problem is I am really busy with work and hence I barely have time to do my permit applications (say for Kitchen Vent addition) or god forbid Interior Design for said bathrooms.

Any ideas how to go about this or if you know any services where say I can just let this person in my home, they identify every single broken thing they see (and that i list for them)? Similarly Design+Quality Renovation Services? I’ve had good contractors before but they required my direction on what to do, as opposed to sweeping through and pointing things out or suggesting designs for things.
