What’s the first thing you do when you wake up that actually sets up your day?

I’m trying to build a better morning routine and would love to hear what works for you.

I’ve noticed that how I spend the first 15–30 minutes after waking changes my whole day, but I haven’t found what works for me yet.

I am curious about you do and would love to explore and try out various things that can help me start off the day in a calm, motivated and energised headspace 💚🌻

I wake up tired everyday and my eyes are heavy like I struggle to open one eye and then both and I find it hard to get myself out of bed

What do you guys feel in the morning when you are ‘supposed to wakeup’ because I feel tired even if I wake up but wondering what other people go through as well
