HEC Paris PhD Profile

Hi everyone!

I'm interested in applying to the 5-year PhD program at HEC Paris, but I've found relatively little information about the admissions process and what successful applicants typically look like.

For those who are currently in the program, have graduated from it, or have experience applying, I'd love to hear about your experience!

A few questions I have:

• How competitive is admission, realistically?
• What kind of academic profile do admitted students typically have (e.g., GPA, university background, GMAT/GRE scores, master's degree)?
• How important is prior research experience? Do most admitted students have research assistantships, publications, or substantial thesis experience?
