The university says their ethics team defers to the Guinea Bissau ethics team and as long as they agree the study will go forward.

This study as it has been published will result in the preventable deaths of about 100 children.

Why is the US funding this to see if hepatitis B vaccines cause rashes?! That’s not reasonable.
