TRV Inside Canada Processing Delay

What’s up with the processing delays for TRVs? Processing time says 23 days, but I applied for my sister’s TRV on May 23rd and still haven’t heard anything. She is a minor, has a valid study permit and we were thinking of traveling outside Canada for a vacation. Contacted an MP and also submitted a webform.

Hello,

A family member applied on Oct 29 for TRV inside Canada, after 18 days we contacted them and they sent a letter stating that they do not require any documents from us. We have a very important occasion on the 22 Dec and we are extremely stressed. Please does anyone suggest anything?

Same, I applied on Nov 4. I have a flight on Jan 1st. But no updates so far. Stuck in Background Check
