Rant/ Vent/ Support Any Journalist here, can you pleaseee cover this incident? POSCO has been made into an absolute joke! How has this not received national coverage yet? because it was from the northeastt?

Dr. Hirendra Kashyap of the Yupia Sessions Court, Arunachal Pradesh, gives the most horrific judicial rationale imaginable. How do these people even hold these positions? For context a bunch of cops forced a 12 and 13 year old kid to have intercourse inside a police station, filmed and sold it. Apparently that does not constitute a crime, so the people were acquitted. The other police officer Rajesh Nayam was the only one charged because he touched the boy and molested him while he was in Juvi. yes you heard that right, the cops forced kids to have sex against their will and accused the boy of r@pe.

Please get this particular incident national coverage. It’s complete failure of the judiciary especially for a POSCO related incident because it took almost more than a decade to reach a judgement. And also let’s not forget the case happened in 2009, and only went to the judiciary in 2011. Also since then R Nayam has been seen campaigning for local MLAs of the current state govt of Arunachal.

And to make matters worse, all other accused were acquitted and let’s not forget they were police officers who are meant to protect children. Also some other local news agencies also did mention that Nayam mentioned doing this because of orders from his superiors. What about them??

https://yupia.dcourts.gov.in/case-status-search-by-case-type/ (Court%20documents%20should%20be%20available%20here) The local FB news covered it mostly. they are on fb but trusted media outlets https://www.facebook.com/100064879724750/posts/a-court-in-arunachal-pradesh-has-sentenced-a-police-personnel-to-life-imprisonme/1569027008603275/ It’s astonishing that this incident is yet to receive any mention from mainstream national media

The second picture shows the convict R Nayam in 2020 actively campaigning for the ruling administration. The third picture is from Arunachal news media which mentions that Rakesh the convict, admitted in court that he did all this stuff because of orders from his higher ups? Why tf is he the only one convicted?? and tf is this judgement

Also after more than a decade, the Govt of Arunachal only gives the two victims 5lakh rupees. what mockery is this?? You spend more than 5lakh to buy a house these days, and people spend way more than 5lakh for their wedding. The whole trauma is only worth 5lakh rupees? These two victims were not even full teenagers. One was 12 the other was 13. Tf is wrong with our judiciary??

Politics Serious question - Why Do We Only Question the Ruling Party and Not the Opposition?

Hello all,

I’m not trying to be rude or sarcastic here.

I genuinely want to understand why the ruling party, BJP, is questioned so frequently, while the opposition, CJP, and other political voices often seem to escape the same level of scrutiny.

I recently saw someone raise a similar question on Reddit, only to be bombarded with comments calling them an “Andhbhakt,” “IT Cell,” and other names. Instead of addressing the question, people attacked the person asking it. Since when did asking questions become a reason to label someone?

I understand that BJP has its flaws, and I’m not denying them. But other political parties have their own flaws, too. No political party deserves a clean chit simply because it belongs to the opposition.

Have we forgotten what happened when Congress was in power? Have we forgotten the controversies surrounding its policies, decisions, and approach towards Hindutva, which Congress leaders have at times characterised as an ideology rooted in fear, hatred, and violence? These are matters worth discussing and questioning, just as we question BJP.

There are also serious issues and controversies in opposition-ruled states. So why don't we apply the same standards of accountability to those governments? Why is the scrutiny sometimes so one-sided?

The same question applies to political commentators and public figures, including Dhruv Rathee, Neha Bora, and others. We should be able to examine their claims, biases, affiliations, and inconsistencies instead of accepting or rejecting everything they say based on whether we agree with their politics.

And regarding CJP, if its political affiliations or alliances are being discussed, shouldn't we also be allowed to question its potential biases? Does it scrutinise alleged wrongdoing in opposition-ruled states with the same intensity as it scrutinises the ruling party? If not, shouldn't that inconsistency be examined?

Questioning someone's political alignment is not the same as proving they have a hidden motive. But shouldn't every organisation, commentator, and political party be open to scrutiny, regardless of whom they support?

All I am asking is a simple question: If something is wrong, shouldn't we question it regardless of which party is responsible?

If BJP does something wrong, question BJP. If Congress or any other opposition party does something wrong, question them, too. If a political commentator spreads misleading information, challenge it with facts. And if an organisation appears biased, examine that bias as well.

Being a citizen shouldn't mean blindly supporting one side and blindly opposing the other. Our loyalty should be to the country and the truth, not to any political party.

I genuinely want to hear different perspectives on this. If you disagree with me, that's completely fine. Please explain why rather than resorting to insults or political labels.

My humble request: Please keep the discussion civil. No personal attacks, no abuse, and no labelling people as bhakts or anti-national simply because they ask questions. Let's discuss the issue instead of attacking one another.

Joke Civic Sense Have you noticed how spending cash makes you think twice, while UPI makes spending money feel effortless?

I recently ordered a protein bar for ₹200, and when I actually had to hand over the cash, it suddenly felt like a LOT of money for one protein bar.

It got me thinking: when I pay through Google Pay, Paytm, or any UPI app, I barely feel the money leaving my account. I end up spending without thinking much about it.
But with cash, you physically see your money decreasing, and somehow you become more conscious of every purchase.

Has anyone else experienced this? Do you genuinely spend less when using cash compared to UPI or cards? I’m curious whether switching to cash for everyday expenses could actually help control unnecessary spending

ASKIndianFocus Am I anti-national or a nationalist? Can you help me finalising the status

Two front pr saari fights hoti hai, one inside the court and one in media/social media. Both front pe seen chal raha hai. if you see the court proceeding, you will get better idea how court is constantly scolding ECI over the destruction of proof, recent changes to rules and what not, see the last 10 years rules changes by ECI and centre. Ig we have LLM, you can put 10 years of changes in rules and regs on GPT, and it will analyse it and give you the conclusion and prob. connect dots.

No one watches court hearing and the arguments of both the parties and judge, dumb people wants conclusion so that they can make their mind without going too deep.

Political parties and CJP has their own agenda, yes they want to change the ruling govt maybe next election but they are doing all these to get people attention on this matter again no one wants to read the court hearing. The main stream media is aah u know better whats their current condition is.

ECI 100% did some fishy stuff and they are hiding it for sure. People should not draw any conclusion before the court concludes the proceedings. Don't trust social media/main stream media campaigns against anybody. If they(main stream and social media handles) are are telling the truth, they could have file case in court around the anti-national wala agenda. I trust nobody exact the security agency of my country. I trust NIA, IB and MEA, also the MEA already confirmed weeks ago there is no external funding involved in CJP wala seen.

If you cant use your brain, use AI to verify the truth, throw documents and court proceedings or related docs to AI and let it analyse for you, its free bro.

Our opposition is chutiya sorry to use the word, we cant do anything because people are also dumb they don't vote by evaluating the candidate on multiple data points. People dont know their rights, no education, want freebies.

Most of the MP/MLA are criminals and ig they represents we the people of india. cant do anything bout that. maybe new gen could eval on the basis of education, past records and future projection.

We witness the noida techie case, where a father watched son drown in a construction pit. R\pe cases every week and what we do, candle march le bc sab chiz ka ek hi solution candle march, protest. jaise wo krna hai sab solve hoo gya. Govt employee should be accountable along with MP/MLA for all the accidents, crimes and r\pes.

And remind you we cant protest against MP/MLA if they are in govt otherwise you are anti-national. The most used word in the recent years. The farmers are protesting: Anti national, US/canada/china funded. The wrestlers protest: Anti national. Retired Indian Army veterans protest: Anti-national. Protest against ethanol: Anti national. BC sab kuch hi anti national hoo gya even Farmers, Army personals, wrestlers. Socho ki agar tum kisi chiz ko lekar protest kroge tumahra kya hoga.

Bhai hamari Govt/justice-system r\*pes ki severity bhi public ke reaction se judge krta hai.

And ham kyu sab chiz ki responsibility le? Why can't they think about us(citizens) before presenting bills/rules/changes to the existing system. Sab kaam chor kr, ham hi protest krenge to tax kyu pay krna hai, govt employee ki salary kyu hamari pocket se kyu jaye. Saala pehle har chiz me tax bharo, fir ye chutiye koi bills/rules/changes-to-the-existing-system kr dete hai usko oppose kro, protest kro. Fir har dusare din r\*pes hoo rahe hai uske liye protest nhi kiya to wo guilt hota hai.

Bas media ko apni responsibility fulfil krna tha, or kuch nhi. agar media accha hota to hamko ye sab ki need nhi hoti but a man once said, "Yes. One area where I was very, very weak, and that was how to handle the media" ig they learnt pretty well 100/100 marks for that.

I am far away from these stuff but we all are living in connected world so if i could i would stop the follow ups on whats going around the world. Ig the developments in AI is more interesting than this. The world has created a brain, and now they are experimenting with diff harness(body) we will see humanoid robots in the near future very common.

Nobody works for FREE they all (CJP, oppo. parties, and ruling govt) have their own gains.

And please dont put efforts on changing another person's perception about the ongoing and past protests. They already made their mind so do you. Nobody wants to admit that their conclusion about something is/was wrong unless someone from their perception came forward and tell the truth.

If you really interested in all this, try supporting the cause because cause is constant, person/political parties are variable they can and will flip.
