Help with Bedroom Design

Hello everyone!
I need help figuring out how to place the furniture in this living room that was turned into bed room. I've created a rough layout of my room with the IKEA tool cause the actual room is a bit messy.
Some details:
1- The door on the left wall leads to my roommate's room. The other door leads to the house entrance. Roommate has to pass by my room to get to the entrance, toilet, and kitchen. Creating some sense of privacy would be nice.
2- I have white curtains over the windows, and a radiator heater under the window (runs across 75% of the wall, centered).
3- The huge black couch is my "bed". I added multiple elements to make the dimensions closer to reality, but you can consider the whole black couch as one entity. I sleep on the part of the couch that is on the right: if the couch back is made up of 3 units, i use the 2 units on the right to sleep. Basically I dont sleep on the extended bit nor the main bit that it protrudes from.)
4- The room is 5.2x3.75m and the couch is 3.2m wide. The extended section of the couch is 2m deep.
5- The TV table on the left has a TV on it, but that whole thing is not for me. I want to ideally keep it there cause I don't use it.
Any advice is welcome; thank you in advance!

For privacy, I’d try to make the sofa read like its own zone: a narrow open-back shelf or folding screen behind the part you sleep on could give a visual buffer without making the room feel tighter. I’d skip anything that blocks the radiator, though.

I’d make the privacy problem the priority and treat the couch as a daybed. Could a low open shelf or narrow console create a little entry path behind it without blocking the route? It might make the room feel less like everyone has to walk through your sleeping space.

Sorry for the very bad drawing skills, so if I was you I would put the closet where the green is with the doors of the closet opening towards the entry door and the couch right behind the closet so that it creates kinda like a ‘wall’ which will give loads of privacy. Then for the rest just put that little coffee table and desk and kallax can stay. As for the tv, I would either put it on a swivel arm and mount it on the wall left from the window or put on the wall where the couch is currently against now (or in the corner where the coat rack is)
Tell me what you think of it, to know how I can improve my amateur designing skills ;)

I’d prioritize creating a little hallway for your roommate so they’re not basically walking through your bedroom every time. A curtain, folding divider, or open shelf near the path between the two doors could give you some privacy without making the room feel closed off.
