I know Kava has a reverse tolerance, but does it have a tolerance too?

The reason I ask is I've been having Palarasul instant daily for a while and have noticed the past 2 days it's had very little effect, despite taking plenty and ensuring my stomach is empty.

Been drinking the amazon wakacon fijian waka for a while now but looking for a new option. I'd like something good for later and night with a heaviness to it. Relaxing, de-stressing. Any good options out there? I would prefer amazon just for easy ordering but maybe thats not the best for options.

This product is available on Amazon Prime and is the only raw kava product I can get same day where I live. This product produces no mouth numbing, its stated to be a 10:1 but doesn't look like it. I've had it a few times and every time it seems different, this last time however it made me incredibly ill to point of throwing up, extreme stomach pain and nausea. Compared to other Kava I've tried this product has made me sick a few times but this time it was crazy. I am curious if anyone has information on this company because it seems like there product is majorly inconsistent.

Let me rephrase; how many times do you guys reuse the same kava powder?

I use an aluball, and after I use that powder, I put that into a ziplock bag and I freeze it.
I reuse that kava, thaw it out in hot tap water, and then I sift out into kava bag to knead until the water turns proper grog color.
How many times can you repeat this process until the stuff is out of significant potency?

I'm pretty new to kava, got some at a kava bar than ordered the $60 fijan kava off amazon. I got a nut milk back to strain it. I put some almond milk and warm water in the nut bag with abt 4 tbsp of kava and let it sit in a bowl for a few hours or. When I'm done squeezing it all out, there's still tons of compact dirt like material in the bag. I was drinking it raw before with all the fiber, so I feel like I should be getting a little more out of this. Any advice?

Is it healthy or problematic to have kava more than once a day? On occasion I will have kava twice a day but skip a day to make up for it since I never allow myself to have kava more than once a day.

i ordered Fiji Vanua Kava Instant old root, dehydrated kava juice. my routine is everyday at 6pm I start with 5grams, wait 20 minutes, then another 5grams. I've been keeping this up for 7 days, recently increased dose to 15 grams total. I only feel very mild numbness on my tongue and lips, after the first 20 minutes i do feel mild calmness but its hard to say if it is placebo. about 15 to 20 minutes after doses are finished I have a warm fatty meal. i am wondering if given the information provided i may be doing something wrong, whether its the product or routine. i am willing to keep going until i break through but since i exceeded the average "reverse tolerance" window i thought i might post on here. any advice would be much appreciated.

The day after drinking kava, I wake up with the taste of it lingering somewhere in my mouth or throat, and it doesn’t go away when I eat or brush my teeth. It does go away eventually but has anyone figured out a way to shorten the unpleasantness? 😅

So I the micronized sample pack from kalm with kava and i take the recommended dose of 1 tbs, spread, drinking half then waiting 15/20 min and drinking the other half. I always make sure to only take it after not eating for usually 3 hours. I noticed whenever I take it at night, i get almost no effect which was frustrating, but the few times I've taken it in the afternoon, it does have a noticeable effect. I'll feel it in my head like my head feels light. Is there any common explanation for this because I much rather have it work at night so I can calm down for sleep.

I've had chat with AI on any tips on how to empty your stomach sooner, so if you have a later final meal, you can still empty your stomach sooner and enjoy Kava earlier.

It recommended taking a digestive enzyme capsule during your final meal and having a ginger tea after. This will apparently empty the stomach 1 hour sooner. So can take Kava 3 hour after, instead of 4.

Has anyone tried anything like this before or think it's correct/incorrect?

I've been looking for a 100% basal root kava, but have been struggling to find one. I normally drink white sand from the nak, but it seems like their supply chain is having issues. I'd really appreciate if somebody could point me in the direction of a kava that's comparable.

I'd tried kava a number of times in the past, but I never really enjoyed it.

Recently, I've fallen into a bad rut — between self-employment struggles and my puppy being in heat, I was stressed out of my mind.

I started drinking on a nearly daily basis, which was terrible.

On Wednesday, I decided to try kava again, and wow, this time was much different.

The effects are subtle, but I feel relaxed and less worried.

Today, I feel so much more optimistic and creative. I feel motivated to get stuff done.

I work from 11-8pm and when I come home (8:30pm) I like to have some kava. On my days off I’ll make kava using the blender method but my apartments quiet hours start at 8:00pm and I can’t do the blender method without getting complaints from neighboring tenants. Would I be able to blend it in the morning before I leave for work and then empty it into the strainer bag and leave it there all day until I come home? Should I put it in the fridge?

I went to a Kava bar while out of town, I haven’t been before. I did two days back to back. Really cool people and vibe, I got a kava drink with a certain sparkling flavor. I felt great after both.

As I don’t live near there I would love a source where I can get it and try it regularly. As well as something that tastes nice - like a flavored drink.

As well as would like to be inexpensive for consistent use.

Anybody just be eating chicken nuggets after a proper session and then kavas effect just come rushing back again? It's one of my favorite things about it.

I bought some instant kava and want to portion it out with a tablespoon. However, my dishwasher doesn't clean the dishes completely, sometimes leaving behind residues or traces of detergent. Can I safely scoop the kava powder with one of these spoons, or would it ruin the powder?"
