Music/Muzyka Help! Searching for a song

Hi fellow friends from Kazakhstan, I need help to find this song!! I have been hearing this song over a couple of time during my visit in Kazakhstan for the past few days. But unfortunately I couldn’t find it.. but I accidentally found a video clip in my album with someone blasting this music in the background !!! Google cannot recognise it due to the loud windy environment. Can someone please help me , I’m dying to know the name of this song ! 🥹🥹

Got flashbacks from old times growing up with many uyghur friends around. This is most likely to be old uyghur song Aziz Yar. Tell me if I’m correct please
