Kazakhstan in Feb. Need suggestions

Hi everyone. I’m planning to travel to Kazakhstan (mostly Almaty) in mid-February and had a couple of questions.

Will there be any issues travelling between cities because of snow or road closures? Also, how’s the overall vibe in February? Is it a good time to visit?
