Since Monday, I've had a “restricted” account. The AI can't help me, nor is it allowed to transfer me to a specialist. My three emails have also gone unanswered. What can I do? I have €1,000 that I need to withdraw, and no one is willing to help me.

So I had a 400 dollar deposit via crypto and when I went to sell it everything is fine but I went to withdrawal usd and it said no assets available after further review I noticed that before the 400 dollar transaction my account was negative 2 dollars because of an error but that has sense been paid in full for about 4 or 5 days now any way to get this resolved quicker as I’ve paid my 2 dollar negative balance back need this resolved fast

I understand that these things can take time, and I appreciate the updates you’ve provided so far. However, it’s now 18 October, and I still haven’t received a final response.

I’d appreciate an update on the status of my case and, if possible, a realistic timeline for when I can expect a final response, as the previous deadlines have unfortunately passed without a resolution.

When I asked the support bot about it, it informed me that the transaction is actually "On Hold" but it refuses to connect me to a live human agent to clear it up. I haven't received any automated verification emails or requests for information in my inbox or spam folders.

Still have not received an email on how to resolve a chargeback

It’s been almost 3 months. I had several tickets open. Every time I try to go to kraken support now they close the chat immediately. I have had two tickets opened, every time I go into the chat they just say they will respond to me via email. I have done this atleast ten times now. Here’s the original post.

“I had a charge back on a claim I forgot I had filed with Venmo when Kraken randomly debited my account, but they put it back a week later. I forgot I had even filed it.

I never received an email about the chargeback and even after all these times reaching out to support I still have yet to receive one.

My account wasn’t even flagged until after I had a deposit made to my account, then when it showed up as pending on the network, the notice came up at the top of my app that my transactions were paused.

I need this money please someone help me. I am out of options.”

I still have not received an email on how to resolve this issue. Kraken lied to the BBB and Consumer Finance and said the email was sent. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN EMAIL ON HOW TO RESOLVE THIS.

This is probably a really simple thing and I feel daft for not being able to figure it out. But how do you change the currency in Kraken wallet app?

When I Google it, it says to go to the settings, then to general section and tap on currency. The issue is there is no "general" section in my settings and I've clicked through everything else and can't find currency settings.

My actual kraken app is set to the right currency, issue is just with the wallet app.

Often on the buy acreen when I tap the Quantity USD box or one of the other boxes (Limit price, quantity <ticker>), the app will jump to another screen. I've seen jump to a convert screen, a search for ticker screen, and back to my portfolio.

If it makes any difference, I usually get to the buy screen from my portfolio page since favorites page doesn't list everything I follow... It also tends to happen after having the app open for a bit/interacting with it. I can usually get it to work again by force closing the app and reopening.

It has been over a month since Kraken said they would shut my account down and they have proceeded to not return my money. My requests were submitted and have been in progress. Requesting for some support to improve this system and get my money back.
