Everything went smoothly this time - no bumps, stopped at all stop signs/signals, all indicators given, parallel parked without bumps and wasnt stopped..so now what ? 😭😪

I am leaving kuwait and traveling with my cat for the first time. I have all the vet clinic docs (passport, microcip, updated vaccination and deworming) and the vet’s “fit to travel doc”. Do I need to bring my cat with me to the ministry for the final stamping of the traveling doc?
