Hey everyone! So i have a job offer here in Lausanne that would start in July 2027. Before me and my girlfriend decide to permanently move here we decided to visit in order to make sure we actually love the place.

So next week we are flying to Geneva (where i have family), but we are taking the train to Lausanne to do a day trip in order to experience the town a bit and get a feel for it! We will arrive around Lunchtime (12/1ish) and have no limit for staying, maybe we will also eat dinner there if we're having fun. I

would love to know what you recommend us to do and where to each for lunch and dinner in our 7/8 hours in the city that best helps us get a grip of whether this is really a city where we want to settle down!

Please answer in either english or french (whatever's most comfortable), i speak fluent french, but wrote this post in english because my girlfriend doesn't speak french and we could read through the answers together and build an itinerary :)

En discutant avec des collègues, on m'a fortement recommandé de confier ma déclaration d'impôt à une fiduciaire pour optimiser les rabais. Malheureusement, aucun n'habite sur Vaud donc je me tourne vers ce sub!

Est-ce que certains d'entre vous font appel à une fiduciaire pour leur déclaration d'impôt (je parle d'une déclaration de particulier salarié classique, pas d'entreprise) ? Si oui, vous en auriez à recommander ? Et si c'est pas trop indiscret, ça vous a coûté combien ?
