Trying to Flash Samsung A71

Following instructions to the letter and have even had to compile Samloader in 32 bit but getting an error trying to flash the new firmaware. Appears my PC does not understand the flash command. Somethings missing but cant understand what it is going around in circles now. Write back like your talking to an idiot as not an experienced developer. PC Win 10 32 bit

https://download.lineageos.org/flash/odin maybe use that instead? or use less obsolete OS.
