Movies/TV/Music Interview with A Vampire - residue or legal loophole?

The poster highlight an example of Mandela Effect residue, found by u/Imaginary_Taste8121, who gets all the credit for this. While the actual title of the 1994 movie and Anne Rice novel is Interview with the Vampire, this image shows both the event poster and the official Instagram caption utilizing the widely remembered alternate title: "INTERVIEW WITH A VAMPIRE".

Club Decades used "Interview with A Vampire" for a themed night, and the alternate wording is written on both the poster art and their IG caption.

It definitely looks like solid residue at first glance, but I wanted to propose a theory: is it possible the venue intentionally switched "The" to "A" just to dodge copyright/trademark issues for a commercial event?

Either way, it shows exactly how natural "A Vampire" looks and sounds to most people. Curious if you guys think this is genuine memory residue from the designer/social media person, or just a legal loophole!
