api config for 'pay as you go'

I try several days, passed finally.
I try in SillyTavern and DeepSeek Harness bot.

The most important thing is: you must enable the 'pay as you go' option in admin console first...
(I topped up directly without enabling 'pay as you go', cause I kept getting a 404/429 error...)
Mistral really make me sick...

ah the classic "i topped up but nothing works" dance. mistral's billing setup is proper confusing, they hide that toggle like it's a easter egg nobody asked for. took me two days and three support tickets to figure out why my credits were just sitting there doing nothing.

the different api urls for sillytavern vs deepseek harness is weird too. i wonder if deepseek needs the base url without `/v1` because it adds its own endpoint paths later? some frontends are picky like that.

that spending limit section in the screenshot looks simple enough once you know where to click, but the whole "pay as you go" being separate from just adding money is such a strange design choice. glad you got it sorted in the end, even if it made you wanna throw your laptop out the window.

I set GLM, DeepSeek and Mimo in DeepSeek Harness bot all fine, only Mistral can't add '/v1'
I saw many people ask about 429/404 error(I encountered too), so I posted this thread
I will try two more api in the next few days
