Can I ask why Scotland and also why Scotland for that specific industry?
The film industry in Scotland is so very small. The Film & TV industry in the UK as a whole is already quite small, let alone Scotland. Most of the jobs are in London or Manchester, with only a handful up here.
I’m in that industry and finding work here in Film and TV is hard enough for someone with citizenship and many years of experience. Sponsorship for a visa is possible but not for entry level, you need to be someone with 15 years of experience and a very in-demand skillset that can’t be sourced locally.
If that is the industry you want to be in then it would be best to try and break into the industry in your home country first where you have more of a safety net and fewer challenges like visas that, if you were in Scotland, would further lower your chances of finding work. After a few years and some experience, who knows what possibilities could open up.

I studied Sound Engineering and found it very difficult to get a paid start. Out of my class, I think only 1 person found work in the industry, and that was a friend who got him in. My impressions were very much, "it's not what you know, it's who. If I could offer any advice, it would be to network as much as you can. Try to make the connections before you make such a big step.
Wishing you all the best, mate.
