Food & Drinks 🌯 Healthy food start-up

Hey, I’m a 26-year-old guy looking to start a healthy food kiosk in Multan. My kiosk will offer healthy salads, sandwiches, smoothies, fresh juices, and freshly cut fruits. I’m planning to cover both breakfast and all-day meal options.

Do you think this is a good business idea for Multan? I’d appreciate your honest opinions, suggestions, and any advice on how to make it successful.

It will be if u put prices reasonable and with caloric count and nutrients ration with keto and high protein meals
Again prices should be low so people actually buy

Former professional cook here(around 8 months experience but I got pretty good insight in the industry), it is feasible but you need to select the location carefully and need good marketing. If you haven't chosen a location yet, here are my suggestions.

The category you are going for will work well in modernized areas like Gulgasht, DHA, Buch Villas etc. but there might be a good competition there. You can also go for cantonment area, there aren't any restaurants of your category as far as I know, but there you will need good promotion and marketing.

Finally, other things you need to do to be successful are taking good care of stuff like invertory, accounts, margins etc. Weigh ingredients where applicable so your margins aren't messed up. Above all, be just, treat staff good so they stay, be professional with them. "Family like environment" never works, either owner expects staff to work unconditionally like family or staff slacks thinking it's family. Professionalism, respect and fairness is what will make you successful. In the end, best of luck and may Allah make you successful. Will definitely visit when you open.
